Gift Card Additional Terms and Services

Gift cards may be purchased at www.costavida.com, Costa Vida® restaurants Nationwide
Costa Vida® Reward Points are not given or earned for the initial purchase of gift card(s). As a reminder, points are earned when a gift card is redeemed for food purchased in a Costa Vida® restaurant.
Coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards.
Physical Bonus cards are not redeemable for catering orders or 3rd party services such as DoorDash, Ez Cater, skip the dishes, grub hub etc.
No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift cards-applicable taxes are charged when gift cards are redeemed in store.
Upon redeeming your gift card, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance. (When redeeming online or by telephone, this balance must be paid by credit card.)
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and are not refundable if lost or stolen.
Gift cards may not be resold. Gift cards purchased through any unauthorized resellers, e-Bay or other internet auction sites are not guaranteed by Costa Vida®.
Use or purchase of Costa Vida® gift cards constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
